It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to Sublime Lisboa, our home, which is now yours too.
With our passion for the art of hosting, Sublime Lisboa is born giving continuity to our first project: Sublime Comporta.
Every day we are inspired to help you make unforgettable memories.

Our history

Sublime Comporta is a project born out of love for Comporta and the desire to share everything it has to offer.
Gonçalo and Patrícia discovered Comporta in 2004.
They were quickly charmed by the location with its magic atmosphere and almost immediately they bought a 17 hectare property, where Sublime Comporta is currently located.
A few years later they began building their weekend getaway. In 2014, while enjoying their getaway, they felt the growing demand for accommodation and lack of supply in the area and decided to transform what was their weekend retreat into a small 14-room rural tourism. The stunning and magical property captivated clients from all over the world – the word spread and the project grew.
For 3 years, Gonçalo and Patrícia moved permanently to Comporta, living on the property with their 4 children to ensure that they gave the project the care it deserved.

A building with history

The original facade with bay windows, high ceilings, wainscoting, stucco and an emblematic staircase have been maintained and given new life. The wallpaper set the tone and allowed the narrative to build around it. So the story of the house hardens, ready to start a new and sublime chapter.
For your meals, we suggest our DAVVERO Restaurant where you can try delicious dishes prepared by our Chef Isaac Kumi under the supervision of Executive Chef Hélio Gonçalves.

Lisbon International Airport is located 9 km from the Hotel. If you require an airport transfer, please contact Reception.

AIR CONDITIONING

ANIMAL POLICY

Sublime Comporta Lisboa is a pet-friendly hotel. For the convenience of all guests, your pet must be accompanied by a leash at all times when taking it for a walk. We ask that you please collect all your pet’s waste and help us provide the cleanest and most hygienic accommodation possible. A deposit of €200 will be requested upon check-in for any possible damage that may occur during the stay. A daily fee of €50.00 will also be charged due to the extra cleaning that will be necessary.

BREAKFAST

“The perfect way to start your day”
Breakfast is included in the daily room rate and is served from 7 am in  Davvero restaurant, located on the ground floor (0). Our breakfast is available all day in Continental Breakfast format and includes all extras you can imagine until 12pm. After 12pm you can order your breakfast at no additional cost from the comfort of your room.
If you prefer/need to leave the hotel before the aforementioned time, please inform our reception staff and we will gladly prepare an early takeaway breakfast.

BALANCE

BANKING

BREAKS OR MISSING ITEMS

BAGGAGE SERVICE

Check-In time is at 3pm. Early check-in is possible subject to availability. You can confirm this when you make your reservation or at Reception.

DRY CLEANING AND LAUNDRY

Laundry bags are available in your room’s closet, along with a form. Please fill in the document provided and place it with the clothes in the bag. We ask that you leave it in a visible place in your room so that it can be collected by our housekeeping team, or contact the reception team through the number “9” on your room phone, in order to have it washed and returned within a period of time. 24 hours. Dry cleaning is carried out outside the hotel with a partner company we trust. We recommend not to send delicate garments to dry cleaning.

However, if you wish, it will be delivered within 48 hours. Please contact the reception team using the number “9” on the telephone in your room. The laundry received by 22:00 will be delivered the next day by 12:00. For same-day Express service, it must be requested by 12:00 and will be subject to a 100% surcharge. The Hotel is not responsible for clothes that deteriorate, due to wear and tear or manufacturing deficiencies. The maximum liability of the Hotel will be 10 times the value of the service provided.

EMERGENCIES AND FIRE

All common areas and rooms are fully protected with a smoke detector and alarm system. In case of fire, please keep calm and move to the meeting point designated on the emergency plan, which is located inside your room.

Please do not try to put out the fire, move away from the hazardous area as quickly as possible, following the emergency signs until you are outside the building. Please assemble at the closest outside meeting point to your room.

In order to encourage our guests to develop safety habits, we offer the following suggestions:

  • Safely investigate all features of the hotel you are staying in. Locate emergency exits, alarms, fire extinguishers and fire houses near your room as well as how to get to them under adverse conditions.
  • If you leave your room, take your key with you, walk to the nearest fire exit, stay as low as possible, and stay away from the smoke area.
  • If you are in your room, fill the bathtub with water, wet the sheets, and place them around the door. Turn off the air conditioning, block any openings where smoke may enter, contact Reception by dialling “9” on the telephone in your room, tell the Receptionist your name and your room number and explain that you will be staying inside.
  • Stay in the lowest position possible if there is smoke in the room.
  • Keep a wet cloth with you in order to cover your nose and mouth. 
  • If the doors and walls are hot, pour water over them using an ice bucket or a rubbish bin.
  • Safely remove the curtains from the windows. Please be aware that you should not break any windows and that they should be kept closed. If you feel that the air outside is still clean you may open the window a little.

ELECTRONIC KEYCARD

The room keys are magnetic. They are valid from the moment they are handed in at check-in until 12 noon on the day you check out. They should not be kept together with mobile phones and must be returned to Reception upon check-out. If you lose your room key, please inform Reception immediately. In case of any difficulty or the need for late check-out, please contact Reception by dialling “9” on the telephone in your room.

EXERCISE / GYM

Sublime Lisboa has a partnership including special prices with Clube VII – Health, Fitness & Racquet Club,  which is few minutes walk away.

FRONT DESK

FIREPLACES

The fireplaces in some rooms are merely decorative. Please do not try to use them.

HOUSEKEEPING

Our housekeeping team provides a room cleaning service between 8 am and 10 pm every day.
The housekeeping service occurs twice daily:

  • The first between 9 am and 5:30 pm. If you would like the cleaning service at a specific time during your stay, please inform our reception team.
  • The second daily service occurs between 6:30 pm and 10:00 pm.
  • Bed sheets are changed every 2 days, if you wish to have them changed daily please contact the reception team.
  • If you wish to reuse the towels you can leave them on the hangers or electric towel rack.

If you do not wish to use this service, please place the “DO NOT DISTURB” card outside your room door. If you need any extra blankets, feather pillows, cribs, information concerning lost and found items or stationery, please contact Reception by dialling “9” on the telephone in your room.

HAIR DRYERS

Hair dryers are available in all rooms in the bathrooms.

IRON AND IRONING BOARD

If you need an iron or ironing board, please contact the reception team using the number “9” on the telephone in your room, which will deliver it to your room, subject to availability. This service is free.

INTERNET

The hotel has fast and free internet available to all guests, both in public areas and in the rooms of the hotel.
The network is “Sublime Lisboa Guest” and the  password is sublimelisboa .

KEY/ELECTRONIC CARD

Room keys are magnetic. They are valid from the moment they are delivered at check-in until 12:00 on the day of departure. They must not be kept with cell phones and must be returned to Reception upon check-out. If you lose your room key, please inform Reception immediately. In case of difficulty or need for late departure, please contact Reception using the number “9” on your room phone.

LOST AND FOUND

The hotel has a lost and found section under the responsibility of the Housekeeping department. According to local regulations, lost and found items that are not valuable will be kept for a period of three months.
After this period, the items will be disposed of. Valuable items will be turned over to the police after a period of six months.

NO SMOKING POLICY

Sublime Lisboa is a non-smoking property.
If you smoke inside your room during your stay, a fee of 250€ will be charged on your room bill for extra cleaning and purification. We thank you in advance for your understanding

PET POLICY

Sublime Lisboa is a small animal friendly hotel. For the convenience of all guests, your pet must be on a leash at all times when taking it for a walk.
